New: By Creative Reports, Limited Account Type, Brand Customer Segments in Tag Setup
We’ve just launched three exciting new features: a fresh reporting format by creative, an added set of user permissions, and brand customer segments. Read on to see what’s new!
1. New Report to Better Analyze Performance By Creative
Podscribe’s new By Creative report gives advertisers, agencies, and publishers a more granular ability to analyze performance per creative.
The new report lets you see performance by creative per day, week, and month, whereas before users could only view performance in aggregate by creative. The report also has new fields such as the campaign the creative belongs to.
Use By Creative reports to:
Pinpoint Which Creatives Work Best
Different creatives often run within the same campaign, or show. This report lets you zoom in on each creative's performance, so you can:
Identify which creatives are driving conversions and see what resonates with your customers
A/B test more effectively
Use your budget more efficiently by investing more in high performing creatives and reducing spend on underperformers
Give Agencies & Advertisers Smarter Decision-Making Tools
If you want to compare creatives across a campaign or run campaigns with multiple creatives, this is your new best friend. It helps you:
Drive sharper media planning
Dig into what is working and what is not to inform future ad creatives
Empower Publishers with Performance Feedback
Publishers can better:
Understand what types of ads resonate with their audience and use that insight to attract or retain sponsors
Share recommendations with an added layer of creative insights for your advertisers

2. Limited Account Type for Cleaner and More Focused Dashboards
When you're managing many advertiser campaigns, the last thing you need is clutter. That’s why we are introducing Limited Account Type. It is a smarter way to make sure your team only sees what they need to see.
Whether you're an agency with a growing client list or a publisher working with multiple brands, this feature brings clarity, control, and customization to your Podscribe experience.
Who Is This For?
This update is especially helpful for:
Large agencies and publishers with 10+ team members
Teams working across multiple advertisers
Users who only need access to the advertisers they directly support
What Is a Limited Account Type?
A Limited Account is a user role with permissions scoped to specific advertisers. This feature enables you to assign team members to only the advertisers they manage.
Once assigned, these users will experience:
Focused and simplified dashboard: Only see the advertisers they’re assigned to
Fewer irrelevant alerts: Will only see the relevant campaigns, flags, alerts, and tag implementation details
Limited email alerts: We’ve fine-tuned how email alerts work based on team size to ensure large teams don’t get flooded with irrelevant email updates while smaller teams stay fully informed
Note: Teams with fewer than 10 users will continue receiving alerts for all advertisers by default. Larger teams (10+) will only receive alerts for their assigned advertisers.
Key Permissions & User Roles
Admin: Full access to all advertisers associated to this organization and user management tools such as inviting new teammates.
Standard: Full access to all advertisers associated to this organization, but no user management tools
Limited: Restricted access and can only view assigned advertisers with no user management tools
You can assign roles or change them anytime in Account > Team Management or Advertiser Logins.
Check out this Help Article to learn how to set up user account types and permissions.
What Limited Users Can Access
Limited accounts still have full visibility into the most important details for their assigned advertisers, including:
Campaign performance data
Flag notes & tag implementation
Incremental lift and alert notifications
Custom reports and scheduled report access
They won’t see campaigns or data for other advertisers on their dashboard, on any of the tabs on the left-hand side, so they can focus on maximizing campaign performance for their assigned advertisers.
Why It Matters
For big agencies and publishers, this is a major upgrade that helps:
Keep dashboards focused and relevant
Protect advertiser data across teams
Ensure the right people get the right alerts
So if you’ve got multiple team members working across a growing portfolio of brands, give them the precision tools they need to cut through the noise.
3. Unlock Your Best Audience with Brand Customer Segments in Tag Setup
Our Brand Customer Segments feature, available directly within Tag Setup on your Podscribe dashboard, shows you which TransUnion audience segments are most likely to purchase from your brand, so you can better understand your buyers and find more shows that reach similar audiences.
Powered by verified household-level data from TransUnion, this feature helps you understand your brand’s top-performing audience segments based on real website activity captured by Podscribe.
What It Does
Audience Segments reveal the TransUnion audience traits most common among your converting site visitors. These aren’t just surface-level demographics. They include segment information such as income brackets, occupation, parental status, political affiliation, debt levels, pet ownership, and much more.
With one click, you can jump straight into Podscribe’s Planner tool to explore shows with matching audience profiles. It’s like a lookalike audience engine for podcasting—except built on verified household data, not social profiles.
Why It Matters
With these insights, you can:
Research smarter: Discover new shows with high audience match
Plan better: Personalize campaigns to align with your best-converting audience traits
Focus efforts: Invest and target where you’re most likely to win
Pitch stronger: Back your media recommendations with verified data
Whether you’re optimizing a campaign or planning the next one, these insights help you reach more of the people who are most likely to convert.
How to Use It
Navigate to Tag Setup > Active Integrations > Customer Segments Tab.
Here, you’ll see your brand’s top TransUnion segments, along with a handy “Find Similar Audiences” button that takes you straight into the Planner to help you find podcast shows with similar audience profiles
