Frequently Asked Questions

How much is Podscribe?

The platform costs $250 per month plus tiered usage fees. Usage is billed on a progressive CPM model with no minimum commitments. Podcast impressions start at $1.50 CPM, and streaming impressions start at $0.50 CPM. The more impressions you measure, the lower your CPM rate becomes. We also have optional add-ons for our Research tool, Google Sheet Campaign Sync, and dedicated Slack channel all at $1,500 each.

When and how are invoices sent?

Podscribe sends invoices for the prior month's usage within the first two weeks of the new month. We can auto-charge the card you have on file for simplicity.

What is the platform fee?

The platform fee is a fixed $250 per month charge to service the account and keep it active.

Does the tiered pricing apply retroactively?

No, the pricing is progressive, not retroactive. The lower CPM rate applies only to the impressions measured after you reach the new tier. For example, if you hit 3 million impressions, the first 2 million are billed at $1.50, and the 1 million impressions above that threshold are billed at $1.35.

Can I pay via Invoice/ACH instead of Credit Card?

The standard way to pay is by auto-charging the credit card on file. Podscribe can also issue separate invoices for each advertiser if your account has multiple advertisers, and provide a detailed, per-campaign and per-day breakdown of usage. All credit card transactions are subject to a 3.5% fee.

Is there really no long-term contract?

Correct. There is no long-term contract or minimum commitment required. Podscribe is a usage-based service, so you only pay for the measured impressions you use each month.

Are there free trials?

While we don’t offer a standard free trial, we highly recommend requesting a demo. This ensures you see how all the features apply directly to your specific campaign goals before starting. Click here to Sign Up today.

Do you offer a refund?

All sales are final. However, if you believe your invoice is incorrect or was charged in error, please contact billing@podscribe.com for assistance.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

Your data remains in our system for up to five years, or until you submit a formal deletion request. It is stored in our US AWS datacenters. Podscribe is SOC 2 Type II, GDPR- and CCPA-compliant, and we make sure your data is handled with the highest standards of privacy and security.

Can I turn add-ons (like Research, Google Sheet Campaign Sync or Slack Support) on and off?

Yes, the add-ons are optional. You can add or remove them to fit your current needs. Each one costs $1,500 per month.

How difficult is the implementation process?

Implementation is straightforward and pixel-based. If you are using standard ad servers (such as Art19, Megaphone, or AdsWizz) or managing campaigns via spreadsheets, our system is designed to ingest this data with minimal friction.

I have a mix of Podcast, CTV, and Display. How is that billed?

Each channel type is billed separately. Podcast impressions (including simulcast YouTube) have one progressive rate, starting at $1.50 CPM for the first tier. All streaming/CTV/in-app/display impressions are grouped into a separate tier, starting at $0.50 CPM.
