Radio campaigns run across stations, markets, and networks, often without clear visibility into where ads actually aired, whether placements matched what you paid for, or how exposure translated into conversions.

The result: radio budgets that are hard to defend, markets you can't confidently scale, and a channel that looks weaker than it really is.

Radio’s problem was never reach. It was proof.

  • Reporting too slow to act on - traditional radio readouts take four weeks to four months to fully bake, so teams pull budget before a fair verdict is in.

  • Legacy tracking undercounts radio - promo codes, unique URLs, and call tracking miss in-car listeners who convert later through search or another channel.

  • Ambiguous attribution breeds skepticism - lifts in branded search or traffic get written off as noise, so radio keeps losing budget to channels that are easier to defend.

Podscribe changes that by combining verification and attribution into a single workflow, giving you both proof and performance.

Prove what aired. Measure what it drove.

Podscribe is an independent third party that doesn't sell radio inventory. So the numbers you report are ones you can stand behind, whether you're presenting to stakeholders or clients.

Airchecks: Verification you can see and hear

Station logs aren't proof. Automated airchecks confirm exactly when your spot aired, where it ran, and which creative played — with a timestamped clip and transcript you can share with clients or publishers. Missed spots, late airings, and wrong creative get flagged before they cost you.

Attribution: Performance you can trust

Podscribe connects verified airings to real conversions, with a separate model built for each DMA, so you see local performance, not a national average.

Its spike-based methodology (similar to TV measurement) and Bayesian modeling measure true incremental lift, capturing in-car listeners who convert later through search — not just the few who use a promo code.

What can you see on Podscribe?

Performance by DMA, station, genre, daypart, and creative: Satellite vs. terrestrial, music vs. talk, national vs. local, all in one view

Per-DMA models: local lift, not a blended national average

Real incremental lift vs. baseline: separating radio's true impact from seasonality and your other marketing, not guesswork

Tracks visitors, leads/sign-ups, purchases, and app downloads: online and in-store

Weekly readouts that update in real time: optimize in-flight, not months later

One view across your whole audio mix: measure radio alongside podcast, streaming, and YouTube.

Client-ready reports: downloadable, with automated exports

What our customers say about us

Frequently Asked Questions

How do you measure the ROI of radio advertising?

Radio ROI is measured by connecting verified ad airings to the conversions that follow them, rather than relying on promo codes, listener surveys, or a marketing mix model that reports months after the flight. Podscribe's Enhanced Radio Attribution builds a model for each DMA and measures conversion lift against an expected baseline. You see which stations, dayparts, and markets drive visitors, leads, purchases, and app downloads, so you can report radio performance the way you report digital.

What is a radio aircheck?

A radio aircheck is an independent record confirming that a radio ad aired as booked, capturing the station, the time it aired, and the creative that played. It differs from a station affidavit or spot log, which is supplied by the same partner selling the inventory. Podscribe automates airchecks, pairing each spot with a shareable clip and transcript. Learn more about radio airchecks.

Does Podscribe support AM/FM and satellite radio?

Yes. Podscribe supports terrestrial and satellite radio, including SiriusXM stations, across national, regional, and local campaigns. It works across publishers and buying models, so a campaign mixing a national satellite buy with spot-market AM/FM is verified and measured in one place.

How is radio attribution different from podcast attribution?

Podcast attribution matches individual ad downloads to conversions with a pixel. Broadcast radio has no download to track, so Podscribe uses statistical modeling instead. The model analyzes how conversion activity changes after verified airings, and uses Bayesian methods to account for historical purchase patterns, seasonality, ad decay, and saturation. The result is incremental radio impact, reported alongside your podcast and streaming results in the same dashboard. See how Enhanced Radio Attribution works.

What do I need to get started?

You need three things: your campaign setup (stations, markets, schedules, and creatives), the Podscribe pixel or a data integration on your site, and post logs from Media Monitors, the publisher, or your agency. From there, Podscribe handles ingestion, normalization, and analysis automatically. Airchecks can also run on their own as a first step before full measurement.

How much does Podscribe radio measurement cost?

Radio attribution is priced as a percentage of monthly radio spend, starting at 6.00% for up to $150,000 a month and dropping to 2.50% above $1 million. Radio aircheck verification and monitoring starts at $5,000 a month, which counts toward the attribution minimum, plus a $250 monthly platform fee. See full radio pricing.
