What’s New: Social Airchecks, Attribution Profiles, and Publisher Visibility Controls

The world of podcast advertising is evolving—and so are the tools you need to measure and manage it. This week, we’re rolling out three new updates that help you track what matters, measure clearly, and collaborate with confidence. Let’s get into it.

  1. Social Airchecks: Measuring More Than Just Podcasts

Campaigns don’t just live on podcasts anymore—and neither should your verification tools. Until now, social posts tied to podcast campaigns were hard to verify or track, leaving gaps in your campaign wrap-up and missed opportunities for performance validation.

That’s why we’re expanding Podscribe airchecks to support:

  • Instagram (including Stories!)

  • TikTok

  • X

Now, when a campaign includes a social component, we’ll detect and log it—so your full campaign footprint is captured in one place.

Why This Matters

  • No more chasing screenshots or losing ephemeral Stories

  • Centralized verification across podcast and social media channels

  • Smarter wrap-ups with full visibility into the value you delivered

2. Attribution Settings Profiles: More Control for Agencies and Advertisers

Not every campaign measures success the same way. One brand might care most about purchases, another about app installs or signups. Our new Attribution Settings Profiles make it easy to measure performance the way that works best for your team, without disrupting others.

How Does It Work?

  • Create reusable attribution settings for each advertiser

  • Apply custom conversion windows, models, and filters

  • Share view-only profiles with sub-accounts while keeping control

  • Default to Podscribe’s “Suggested” profile or use your own

  • Track edits with a built-in changelog for visibility and version control

Whether you’re an agency juggling multiple clients or an advertiser dialing in precision, this update gives you flexibility when you need it, and structure when you don’t.

3. Publisher Visibility Settings: Share What Matters

Advertisers often want to keep campaign results private. Other times, they’re happy to share data with publishers to help them optimize. Now you can strike the right balance!

With our new Publisher Visibility Settings, you can control what the Publisher can see by choosing between:

  • None – Publishers see no performance data

  • Limited (Default) – Shows directional dots for key metrics like CPA or ROAS

  • Full – Grants publishers access to full metric values

These settings can be managed at the advertiser or publisher level, and filtered directly in the dashboard. Our default setting is Limited— it helps publishers course-correct during a campaign, without giving away sensitive benchmarks.

The result? Smarter collaboration without compromising strategy.

Why This Matters

These updates expand what Podscribe can measure and how teams collaborate—whether you’re an advertiser, agency, or publisher.

  • Advertisers get better coverage of their full campaign footprint, with social airchecks verifying value across podcast + social channels.

  • Agencies can streamline workflows with attribution settings that match each client’s strategy, balancing consistency and flexibility across accounts.

  • Publishers benefit from smarter collaboration: limited performance insights help optimize in-flight without exposing sensitive data, and social tracking ensures all placements are captured in one place.

Together, these updates give you clearer data, tighter control, and a more complete view of campaign performance—no matter where your ads run. Check out this Help Article on how to start using this feature!
